Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern services provided by Precision Tire Co., operated by Ember and Air LLC (“Precision Tire Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, scheduling an appointment, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Precision Tire Co. provides mobile tire-related services, which may include tire installation, balancing, tire replacement, rotations, flat repair, TPMS-related service, tire sales, inspections, and other related automotive services.
Availability of individual services may depend on the vehicle, tire and wheel condition, equipment requirements, service location, weather, and other circumstances.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service that cannot be performed safely or appropriately.
Mobile Service Locations
Customers are responsible for providing a safe and reasonably level location where service can be performed.
The vehicle must be accessible and positioned in an area that provides sufficient space for our technician and equipment.
Precision Tire Co. may refuse or reschedule service when conditions are unsafe, including inadequate working space, unsuitable surfaces, traffic exposure, severe weather, or other hazards.
Services are not intended to be performed in unsafe roadside locations or anywhere our technician determines that the vehicle cannot be safely lifted or serviced.
Scheduling and Arrival Times
Appointment times are scheduled in good faith. Because Precision Tire Co. provides mobile service, arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, road conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and technician arrival notifications by text message, email, or telephone.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle, including year, make, model, trim, tire size, wheel specifications, modifications, and any other information that may affect the service.
The customer should notify Precision Tire Co. in advance of conditions such as:
Aftermarket wheels
Wheel locks
Spacers
Wheel adapters
Suspension modifications
Extremely low-profile tires
Reverse-mount wheels
Existing wheel or tire damage
TPMS concerns
Other unusual fitment or service requirements
Additional charges may apply if additional labor, equipment, or service is required due to conditions that were not disclosed before the appointment.
Customer-Supplied Tires and Parts
When a customer supplies tires, wheels, sensors, or other parts, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the items are appropriate for the vehicle.
Precision Tire Co. may decline to install any tire or component that appears unsafe, damaged, incompatible, incorrectly sized, excessively aged, or otherwise unsuitable for installation.
Precision Tire Co. is not responsible for defects, warranty coverage, incorrect fitment, shipping damage, or other problems involving products purchased from another seller.
Tire and Wheel Condition
Some wheels, tires, wheel locks, lug nuts, studs, TPMS sensors, valve stems, and related components may already be worn, corroded, seized, damaged, or weakened before service begins.
We will use reasonable care when performing service. However, Precision Tire Co. is not responsible for failure of previously damaged, deteriorated, improperly installed, modified, or defective components resulting from normal service procedures.
If we identify a condition that makes continued service unsafe, we may stop work and discuss available options with the customer.
Estimates and Pricing
Prices provided before service are estimates based on the information available at the time.
The final price may change when additional labor, parts, travel, equipment, repairs, or services are necessary.
When reasonably possible, Precision Tire Co. will communicate material changes in price before performing additional work.
Applicable sales tax and other required charges may be added to the final invoice.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms shown on the customer's estimate, invoice, or other service documentation.
Accepted payment methods may vary.
Customers are responsible for any authorized charges associated with products or services provided by Precision Tire Co.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask customers to provide reasonable notice when an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.
Precision Tire Co. reserves the right to establish or apply cancellation, deposit, travel, or restocking charges when disclosed to the customer before purchase or service.
Tire Orders and Special-Order Products
Tires and other products may be ordered specifically for a customer's vehicle or appointment.
Availability, pricing, delivery times, manufacturer promotions, rebates, and distributor inventory may change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Any applicable deposit, cancellation, return, or restocking conditions will be communicated to the customer when relevant to the transaction.
Manufacturer Warranties
Tires and other products may carry warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Manufacturer warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's eligibility requirements, exclusions, documentation requirements, and final approval.
Precision Tire Co. does not control manufacturer warranty decisions.
