Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. As long as the tires are new, correct size, speed/load rated, and DOT-legal, we’ll install them. We can’t install used or damaged tires for safety reasons.

  • Our mobile shop is outfitted with professional Hunter equipment (Maverick tire changer + Road-Force balancer). That means you get the same (or better) quality service as a dealership or specialty shop, right at your driveway.

  • A typical set of four tires takes 60–90 minutes on-site. Single tires, rotations, or flat repairs are usually 30–45 minutes.

  • We work in driveways, private lots, and garages with safe, level space. For safety, we can’t service vehicles on the shoulder of a highway or in active traffic lanes.

  • We can help in private lots, residential streets, or parking areas, but we don’t currently operate as a full roadside rescue service. If you’re stranded on a highway shoulder, you’ll need to contact a tow provider for safety reasons.

  • Yes. We service most electric vehicles, including Teslas and other EV brands. For Rivian vehicles, the customer must supply Rivian-specific lifting pucks for safe lifting. Please have these available at your appointment.

  • Yes. Every installation includes mounting, balancing, TPMS reset, torque to spec, and cleanup.

  • Yes, but tire disposal/recycling carries an additional fee per tire. This covers safe handling through licensed recyclers.

  • Yes. We specialize in run-flat, low-profile, center-lock, and EV fitments. These require additional time and equipment and may carry an extra charge.

  • Yes. We have annual maintenance packages (rotations, balances, flat repairs, TPMS service) that save money compared to à-la-carte bookings. Ask at checkout or see our Services page.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards on-site, plus mobile payment options. Deposits made when ordering tires are credited directly toward your invoice.

  • We service most of Fairfield & New Haven Counties. If you’re close to our core area, reach out—we’ll try to accommodate.

  • Yes. We service most light-duty trucks and vans.

    • Half-ton pickups (1500, F-150, Silverado 1500, Ram 1500, etc.) — serviced at standard rates.

    • ¾-ton and 1-ton pickups (2500/3500 series, F-250/F-350, Silverado 2500/3500, Ram 2500/3500, etc.) — service is available but may carry an additional fee due to extra time and equipment requirements.

    • Heavy-duty commercial trucks, box trucks, duallys, and vehicles over 1-ton GVWR — not serviced at this time.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be partially retained to cover scheduling and preparation costs. Cancelling earlier than that will receive a full refund or reschedule credit.
